At Florida Roof Restorations we pride on putting on roofs that last.  

1. It starts at material sourcing and Delivery.  Once we have our architectural plans in hand,  we get our order in for delivery to one of our two corporate partners, SRS or ABC Supply.  We exclusively purchase all our building materials from these two reputable sources to ensure you are getting the freshest and most resilient raw products that will ultimately make up your roofing system.   One of the most important NOT COMMONLY KNOWN FACTS is that roofing products, especially asphalt shingles need to be moved around during their storage process to maintain their integrity.  Shingle pallets, for example, should not be double stacked for any period of extended time as this can deform, indent, and deteriorate your shingles.  Shingles sitting at the very bottom of a pallet should also be rotated weekly to minimize high load compression which can lead to premature degranulation down the road.  And the list can go on.  Bottom line, your products come exclusively from our partners who pride in top level material rotation, handling, and delivery.  
2. We second that with a detailed property protection protocol which includes layering sheets of plywood or protective tarping material against your homes walls, garage doors, and landscape.  This prevents debris from impacting your home during the re roof construction process.  
3. On installation day, we have our construction foreman and a company project manager onsite during the entire install.   This assures you that everything is being done not only to meet mandatory City and State Building Inspections, but also to give you the piece of mind that we are on top of every detail as we believe that there is not detail too small to give utmost attention to.  Keeping our projects stress free for you is our goal.
4. When your install is complete, we will provide you with all Certificates of Completion, photo file of your before and afters, and your warranty documents.
5. Through the next 4 years, we will be by once a year to inspect and maintain your new roof. 
6. If you purchased our extended 15 transferrable warranty then you will see us every year until it's time for your next roof.
