Annual Maintence

During our annual inspections we focus on analyzing every inch of your roof.  Shingle by Shingle, Tile by Tile, Penetration by Penetration.  Everything is looked at.  Just like your car needs an oil change, filter change, and tire rotation, your roof is the same.  

During the course of mother nature daily activity, shingles may become loose, Hip and Ridges damaged, caulking around all penetrations cracks and deteriorates.  

During our annual maintenance, any shingles NOT sealed are sealed with Karnak Shingle and ALL penetrations are re caulked with Elastomeric Roof Sealant.
