When we get out to inspect your property, we are not only inspecting your roof.  Yes, we are a roofing company.  But, we have gone a step beyond the average company that sends a roofer to inspect your roof.  We don't send a roofer to inspect your roof.  We send the roofing team if a repair or replacement is warranted.  

We pride and differentiate ourselves from the rest by employing Nationally Licensed HAAG Engineering Roof Inspectors and InterNachi Nationally Accredited Certified Roof Inspectors.  In most cases, our inspectors hold both titles and credential for your reference.  

What does this mean to you as a homeowner?  As HAAG and InterNachi inspectors, we have to abide by a strict set of Operating and Inspecting Standards.  This protects you, the homeowner, from unscrupulous roofers offering you inspections without credentials and coercing you to file a roof claim strictly for their benefit.  In most cases, which is something we will never do, these outfits coerce you to sign what's called an Assignment of Benefits which is an extremely shoddy practice which violates your rights.   

Summary, we provide you a full property report with specific pictures and recommendations.  If we feel you need to call your insurance company for storm damage related losses from our Accredited and Certified evaluation of your property we will.  If you don't then we also advise you of such and also includes a report.  

No One but an Accredited and Certified Roof Inspector should be on your roof inspecting.
